Mr.Helmrich has 20 years of experience in the financial and legal industry, most recently as Director & Senior Counsel for Hudson Advisors, the captive servicing platform for Lone Star. He was responsible for all legal and transactional work for Lone Opportunity Fund accross Europe. Prior to Lone Star, Mr. Helmrich worked for Dewey Ballantine and Weil Gotshal & Manges, focusing on corporate distressed debt and equity investments. Mr. Helmrich holds a German law degree as well as an executive MBA from the University of Münster.
Mr. Binter has spent a decade in London’s City serving as a portfolio manager, overseeing in excess of USD 1Bn of AUM, as well as a risk manager, overseeing 20 investment funds with aggregate AUM of about USD 4Bn. Recently, Mr Binter was part of launched a private debt fund targeting opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe. Roman holds PhD in Statistics as well as PhD in Finance
Mr.Talebinejad has more than 20 years of financial sector experience. Prior to founding Albatris, he was most recently at Carnegie Group (previously Carneo) - Nordic’s largest asset manager, where he acted as CEO of distress alternative credits. Prior to that Mr. Talebinejad has held various positions at Nordea Bank, HSBC and Intrum. Mr Talebinejad has an academic background in finance and economics from LSE, Stanford, and IMD holding a BSc and MBA.
Mr. Fjälltoft has been working with international finance projects for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Albatris, he’s worked as lead management consultant in multiple industries, including credit managers and other financial institutions, providing financial & strategic advice to CEOs and senior officers of multinational corporations. Having spent most of his professional career in New York, he’s held senior positions within the FIG of Westpac and Handelsbanken. There he was tasked with growing their US related capital and financial markets businesses, including successfully managing multi-billion dollar credit exposures. Mr Fjälltoft graduate from the University of Gothenburg School of Economics & Law
Mr. Looney has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry, focusing on innovative financial technology. At MML & Partners, the corporate finance boutique he co-founded, he successfully advised financial sponsors and institutional investors on a range of capital solutions within the illiquid alternatives space. Most recently, he has held the position of Managing Director for a litigation funding strategy, where he was responsible for capital raising and co-investment syndication within the sector. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management

Prior to that he was the CEO and Director of the Italian Recovery fund (€30bn AUM) and started Atlante fund I & II (€5,8bn) during the Italian banking crises. He has also held roles such as Board member and CEO of Questio as well as Cerved and Juliet distress servicing JV. Prior to that MD at JP Morgan Chase and UBS Italia as well as holding leading positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and Pictet & Cie. He started off his career in Baking at Salomon Brothers in NYC. Mr Petrignani holds a MBA from Wharton, BA from University of Pennsylvania (Cum Laude) as well as a CEFA diploma.
Mr. Sommer has more than 20 years of experience in distressed assets, holding positions such as CEO and Executive Board member of Portugal's largest NPL servicing company Domusvenda Group, Reactiv and top tier Spanish NPL firm Multigéstion Iberia, servicing firm of DE Shaw. Mr. Sommer has prior to that held several executive roles at Deutsche Bank, Abn Amro Bank, Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento and Banif. Mr. Sommer holds a Business Administration degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Mr. Fjälltoft is a seasoned finance and business development executive. Previously he was a partner at Viable Solutions, a management consulting firm where he advised CEOs and senior management of large to mid-sized multinational corporations. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Westpac Institutional Bank and Handelsbanken in New York, where he was covering financial institutions and managing global deal teams. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg School of Economics and Law.
